Directions
From 80
Take Exit 53 (Route 23 / Route 46) and head to Route 23 North. Proceed
approximately 6.5 miles on Route 23 North. Pass through town of Wayne
before entering Riverdale. See sign "Entering Riverdale Boro", and go through
following traffic light. Stay in right-hand lane and look for exit for Newark
Pompton Turnpike. (There are several exits for Newark-Pompton Turnpike in towns
before us, make sure to take the one in RIVERDALE.) Pass the following landmarks
on the right: Circle 3 Farms - fruit and vegetable market, Curly's Ice Cream
stand, BP Gas Station). Exit for Newark Pompton Turnpike will be IMMEDIATELY
after the BP Gas station. Stay on Newark Pompton Turnpike for about 200 feet
and make the first right onto Riverdale Road. After crossing the railroad
track, Edifice will be the 1st building on the right.
From the Garden State Parkway:
Take Exit 153B for Route 3 and Route 46. Follow Route 3 West to the end
which empties onto Route 46 West. Follow Route 46 West to the intersection
for Route 23 North (near Route 80 exits). Bear right onto Route 23 North
and follow the directions above.
From Route 23 South:
Take Route 23 South to the exit for Newark Pompton Turnpike. The exit is
about 1/4 mile past the light at the bottom of the Riverdale hill; it is
the same exit used for Chilton Hospital. Bear left around the exit--this
will take you through the traffic light and onto Route 23 North. Get
into the right hand lane and take the exit for Newark Pompton Turnpike
IMMEDIATELY after the BP Gas station. Stay on Newark Pompton Turnpike
for about 200 feet and then make the first right onto Riverdale Road.
After crossing the railroad track, Edifice will be the 1st building on the right.
From Route 287 North:
Take Exit 52A for Route 23 South. Follow directions as above.
From Newark Airport
Exit Airport and follow signs for Route 78 West. Follow Route 78
West to Route 24 West. Exit Route 24 West to Route 287 North.
(Follow directions below from Route 287 North.)
From Tappan Zee Bridge / Route 287 South:
Merge onto New York State Thruway N/I-87 N/Ii-287 (Portions toll).
Merge onto I-287 S via exit number 15. Take the CR-511-ALT exit-
exit number 53- toward BLOOMINGDALE/POMPTON LAKES/CR-694. Turn RIGHT
onto PATERSON HAMBURG TURNPIKE. Turn RIGHT onto NEWARK POMPTON TURNPIKE.
Turn SHARP LEFT onto RIVERDALE RD. (A National Guard building is on the
corner.) After crossing the railroad track, Edifice will be the 1st
building on the right.
