Program Overview
Neiman Marcus has partnered with Edifice to provide suppliers with a comprehensive data sharing program. Through Edifice, you can receive a robust set of UPC and store-level point-of-sale (POS) and inventory data in a variety of formats including web-based dashboards and decision-ready Excel reports. Suppliers who already have invested in reporting systems can receive core data in an extract or EDI 852. This program affords your organization greater visibility into consumer demand at Neiman Marcus than ever before.

Neiman Marcus is providing this program to suppliers to better align business strategies and collaborate more effectively on strategies for improving mutual business results. By utilizing the information and analysis provided through Edifice, your company will be able work more closely with Neiman Marcus to improve sales, margin and turn by:

Analysis Services
Dashboards
Dashboards enable your organization to gain instant insight into the health of your business at Neiman Marcus. Your organization will be able to quickly and easily monitor key performance indicators, understand sales trends, and track key items and stores through graphically-rich charts and graphs. When users want to understand more about the data, they can drill-down on any chart or graph. If they need to take the information offline, they can save the dashboards as PDF files. Dashboards are delivered through the Edifice web portal.

Excel Reports
Excel reports are preconfigured into decision-ready analysis including: Top Stores and Products, Sales Trends, Size Analysis, Stock-to-Sales Analysis, and more. Users with basic Excel skills can use these formats to easily identify opportunities and issues. Excel reports leverage Pivot Table functionality so users can drag and drop fields to create new reports and filter the data to highlight additional opportunities for increasing sales and margins. Excel reports contain UPC and store-level data and are delivered through the Edifice web portal.

Data Extracts and EDI 852s
If your organization has already invested in business intelligence applications, Edifice can provide you core data elements in a data extract or an EDI 852. Extracts can be defined by your company and can include any core data element such as unit sales, dollar sales, on-hand, on-order, etc. The EDI 852 is formatted to the standard EDI guidelines and includes basic unit sales and inventory data. Extracts and EDI 852s can be delivered via VAN, FTP, SFTP, or AS2.
